Unspoken Revolution

"Through design we can change stories"

The Whitechapel Mission

The Whitechapel Mission is dedicated to providing a lifeline to the men and women caught in the cycles of poverty, hopelessness and dependencies of many kinds, and to see their lives transformed to hope, joy and lasting productivity.

The Mission’s goal is to help people to help themselves, giving them the confidence they need to become independent, which the Mission’s staff does through practical support and advice and by teaching them the life skills they need to succeed.

We believe everyone deserves a chance, regardless of their background, race or religion.

The Mission is open every day of the year and expect to see as many as 300 homeless and vulnerable men and women each day, while not using any public funding at all.

The Mission strongly believes that they can, and are, making a positive and lasting difference to the homeless who ask for their help.
